01 · Education
Elimu
Free education
Free senior secondary
PPK proposes paying fees and meals for senior secondary learners from January 2028, funded by reorganising existing NG-CDF, county and national money rather than new taxes, according to the party.
ECD teachers
Bring early-childhood (ECD) teachers under the Teachers Service Commission or a similar body, with one employer for hiring, transfers and pay.
Food grown near the school
Diversify school menus so schools buy food from farmers around them.
02 · Health
Afya
Health without ruin
More money for healthcare
PPK proposes halving what Kenyans pay into pension contributions and moving that share into healthcare. The party estimates this would add about KSh 40 billion a year.
Hospitals that work here
Upgrade Kenya’s own hospitals so patients no longer need to travel abroad for treatment, with the system staying government-owned.
Doctors and health workers
A national commission to manage health workers, with harmonised pay and easier transfers between counties.
03 · Work and jobs
Kazi
Work for the young
Cheaper, reliable power
Open up the power sector so more producers can sell electricity, including factories selling surplus power to neighbours.
Manufacturing
A deliberate manufacturing policy that targets the goods Kenya can make.
Tourism and hospitality
Grow visitor numbers. The party sets a target of 10 million visitors a year to create jobs in tourism, transport and farming.
Kenyan banks
Keep the banking industry in Kenyan hands and grow banks that can compete across Africa.
04 · Agriculture
Kilimo
Farming that pays
Seed and inputs
Subsidised certified seed alongside fertiliser, plus affordable pesticides and other inputs.
Food security
Raise both farm production and productivity.
Tea and coffee
Move into speciality crops, improve marketing and make sure farmers are paid properly and on time.
05 · Integrity and accountable leadership
Uadilifu
Honest government
Proxies and assets
Criminalise proxy investments and require presidential candidates to declare every asset on entering and leaving office.
Patronage
Public contracts should serve the public, not people close to power.
Courts
Double the capacity of the judiciary within five years and guarantee it a minimum share of national revenue.
06 · Public debt and national assets
Madeni
Debt and what is ours
Oil and minerals
Guard Kenya’s minerals as a route out of debt and keep them for all Kenyans, not individuals.
Public assets
Hold state assets in one company in which Kenyans can own shares, with the government keeping 51 percent.
